Personalized Nutrition Counseling
Nutrition Counseling services are offered through the Nourish telehealth platform. This allows me to see patients from various states and verify if sessions are covered by your insurance (typically they are!). This also means you’re covered by the Nourish Guarantee, so even if your insurance denies a claim, you won't be charged for any appointments that have already occurred.
How it works

Virtual initial consultation: a comprehensive intake to understand where you are now and where you want to go.
Virtual ongoing sessions: frequency based on your needs—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and refine the plan.
Tools and resources: Lab ordering, simple tracking methods, continuous support via messaging, coordination with your existing care team.
