Let’s get meal planning off your plate
Personalized meal planning by a Registered Dietitian
Monthly Meal & Supplement Planning
Who this is for:
The type to say, “I just need a meal plan”, and wants someone to just handle it so they can show up and execute it.
Anyone who has downloaded the apps, asked ChatGPT, and done the programs but nothing stuck and wants something that adapts to them.
Anyone interested in optimizing their supplement routine but doesn't want to waste money on things that don't apply to them.
Who this is not for:
Someone who needs clinical nutrition therapy for a diagnosed, complex, or unmanaged condition. This is where Personalized Nutrition Counseling would be a better fit.
How it works:
Starts with a comprehensive Meal Planning Questionnaire (takes about 5-10 minutes).
After completing the questionnaire, you'll land on the membership page to choose your plan and set up your profile.
Your first month’s plan gets delivered to your patient inbox. Turnaround time is 5-7 business days from intake completion.
If we determine that you’d be a better fit for Personalized Nutrition Counseling, you'll be directed to book a 1:1 counseling session instead.
Plans start at $175 for initial assessment and first month’s plan, then $75/month.
Personalized Nutrition Counseling
Who this is for:
Anyone needing clinical nutrition support for chronic conditions or medication management.
Athletes and active adults seeking performance and recovery improvements.
Individuals wanting to build sustainable habits without restrictive dieting.
Nutrition Counseling services are offered through the Nourish telehealth platform. This allows me to see patients from various states and verify if sessions are covered by your insurance (typically they are!). This also means you’re covered by the Nourish Guarantee, so even if your insurance denies a claim, you won't be charged for any appointments that have already occurred.

Tools and resources: Lab ordering, simple tracking methods, continuous support via messaging, coordination with your existing care team.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Definitely! AI can generate something for you quickly. But it does lack real-life clinical training and experience to apply to your health context.
Off My Plate requires a clinical intake that is read by a credentialed Dietitian, so the plan can be thoughtful and applicable to you. Clinical judgment is something that should be applied to your goals and someone with real-world experience should be available to answer your questions when you have one.

In-Network Plans: major providers like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Medicare (Medicare requires a qualifying diagnosis like diabetes or kidney disease). Medicaid is not accepted at this time.
Copays and Deductibles: If your specific plan requires a copay, coinsurance, or has an active deductible you haven't met yet, there may still be an out-of-pocket cost.
The Nourish Guarantee: If your insurance claim is unexpectedly denied, Nourish promises not to charge you for past appointments that already took place.
